Care Guide
- Vacuum regularly using a soft brush attachment to remove dust and maintain the fabric.
- Brush velvet fabrics gently in the direction of the pile to preserve their appearance.
- Blot spills immediately using a clean, dry cloth. Do not rub the fabric.
- For minor marks, use a soft cloth with mild soapy water and allow the fabric to air dry naturally.
- Keep away from prolonged direct sunlight and heat sources to help preserve the fabric colour and finish.
Installation & Mounting Guide
Option 1 – Bed Frame Mounting
1. Position the headboard behind your bed frame.
2. Align the integrated mounting slots with your bed frame brackets.
3. Insert the fixing bolts through the mounting slots.
4. Adjust the headboard to your preferred height.
5. Tighten all fittings securely before use.
Option 2 – Wall Mounting
1. Measure and mark your preferred headboard height.
2. Install suitable wall fixings or brackets into a solid wall.
3. Lift the headboard into position and secure it safely.
4. Check all fixings before use.
Option 3 – Freestanding
Simply position the headboard against the wall behind your bed. Once your bed is placed in front, the headboard sits neatly in position to create a clean and elegant finish.
Free UK Mainland Delivery
Every bed is made to order and delivered free across the UK mainland.
- Timeframe: 3 to 10 working days depending on postcode (Express Delivery 4 to 6 working days available at checkout).
- Standard delivery: Delivered to your front door or main entrance. Room placement and assembly are available through our optional Assembly Service at checkout.
- Booking: Our delivery partner contacts you one day before delivery, by text message or phone call, to confirm your availability.
- Areas: UK mainland as standard. The Scottish Highlands and offshore islands have limited service availability. We do not deliver to Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland.
- Premium and oversized beds: Extra-wide, floor-standing and full-height wall headboards are heavy and need two to three people to fit safely. Professional assembly is strongly recommended. Damage caused during self-assembly is not covered by the warranty and is not eligible for a refund, replacement or exchange.
