Every bed is made to order and delivered across the UK mainland.

Timeframe: 3 to 10 working days depending on postcode (Express Delivery 4 to 6 working days available at checkout).
Standard delivery: Delivered to your front door or main entrance. Room placement and assembly are available through our optional Assembly Service at checkout.
Booking: Our delivery partner contacts you one day before delivery, by text message or phone call, to confirm your availability.
Areas: UK mainland as standard. The Scottish Highlands and offshore islands have limited service availability. We do not deliver to Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland.
Premium and oversized beds: Extra-wide, floor-standing and full-height wall headboards are heavy and need two to three people to fit safely. Professional assembly is strongly recommended. Damage caused during self-assembly is not covered by the warranty and is not eligible for a refund, replacement or exchange.
